ALL CLASSES ARE STRUCTURED IN 3 SEGMENTS. 1-CARDIO, 2-BAG ROUTINES & 3-MAT WORK. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE STYLE OF THE INSTRUCTOR TEACHING AND THE INTENSITY LEVEL OF SOME OF THE EXERCISES & ROUTINES.

1-CARDIO INCLUDES: SKIPPING, JUMPING JACKS, PUSH UPS, SHADOW BOXING, FLOOR EXERCISES THAT INCLUDE BOSU, LEBERT EQUALIZERS, HAND WEIGHTS ETC.

2-BAG WORK INCLUDES: PUNCHING & KICKING, SPEED & POWER DRILLS. ALL ROUTINES VARY.

3-MAT WORK INCLUDES: ANYWHERE FROM 400 UP TO 1000 AB CRUNCHES & A FULL BODY STRETCH.

CARDIO BLAST IS THE ONLY CLASS WHERE BOXING IS NOT OFFERED. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON CIRCUIT AND STATION TRAINING. ALL EXERCISES VARY.
